We are located in the Department of Biomedical Engineering on the 4th floor of Steinman Hall in The City College of The City University of New York.

From New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal (42nd Street) or New York City Penn Station (34th Street), by Public Transit:

From the 42nd St or 24th St subway – you can take the A-Train directly to the 145th St. station.

You can ride the uptown A-Train past 59th St., past 125th St, then get off at the 145th St. station.

At the 145th St. station you will exit onto the corner of St. Nicholas Ave. and either 145th St. or 147th St.

City College and specifically Steinman Hall, the engineering building, is south at 140th St. and Convent Ave.

From the 145th St. station, you will need to walk one block west from St. Nicholas Ave to Convent Ave, that’s uphill

Turn left unto Convent Avenue – the avenue lined with brownstones and trees. Enjoy the nice short walk.

City College is straight ahead (south) on 140th St. and Convent Ave. Steinman Hall will be the large silver-cube building on your left; it sits on the corner of the campus in contrast to the old gothic style halls.

Inside Steinman Hall (Grove School of Engineering) walk past security, turn left, and take the elevators to the fourth floor.

Off the elevator for the BME conference room and BME central offices (Prof. Bikson, Prof. Parra) turn right, for Neural Engineering and other offices (Prof. Kelly) turn left.

Note: You can also take the C-Train from 34th or 42nd St. to the same 145th St. station, but it takes much longer as it makes all local stops.
